Extended Stays (3 Weeks or Longer):
Complimentary Home Freshen-Up Includes; Bathrooms, Sheets Changed, Floors Vacuumed, Stainless Polished (No Dishes, Laundry or Heavy Cleaning), every 3 weeks. Just let us know when no one will be there for a couple of hours and we’ll schedule it.
First 2 Freshen-Ups are Complimentary (Up to 6 weeks). Longer stays will require a minimum charge of $100. Please check before booking.

Leases for 5 months or less are subject Tourism Tax of 5% and Sales Tax of 6.5% by state law. Additional fees may be required.
